Susan and her team did not disappoint! From the moment we deplaned in Nairobi we were met and escorted through customs, met by a driver to escort us to the hotel, transferred to Wilson Airport for our trip to camp, and greeted upon our return and taken back to the airport for our flight home. The accommodations were first class and we loved the game drives, sundowner, bush breakfast, and the top shelf service we received during our stay. Glamping Africa Tours was excellent at organizing a wonderful birthday trip to Lamu. They gave us various options and costs and advised on the best hotel set up for a romantic weekend. They even arranged for a birthday dinner at a separate hotel complete with a beach set up. We found everything ready, from airport pick up to the hotel waiting for us with cold drinks. We had a wonderful weekend which we attribute to great planning by Glamping Africa Tours and their knowledge of hotels in Lamu. We shall book with them again.

Our trip to the Masai Mara went spectacularly thanks to the efforts of Susan at Glamping Africa, who helped arrange all the transportation and hotel options. The flights to the Mara were a lot of fun, and it was amazing seeing herds of elephants and other things below us as we were landing. We saw lions near the airstrip multiple times. Over the course of our trip we saw nearly everything we wanted to see and even a Cheetah kill. Everyone was very kind and it was truly the best trip of my life.

Susan listened carefully to our wishes and put together a bespoke safari that included visits to the Aberdares, Samburu, Elsa’s Kopje at Meru, and Ol Pejeta Conservancy. She successfully managed to reschedule our visit to Sheldrick Wildlife Trust at short notice, after we lost the first 48 hours of our trip due to aircraft engine failure in Paris. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She is an easy-going, consummate professional, who will work her hardest to ensure you get the safari of your dreams. We will definitely return one day soon, and would have no hesitation in booking with Susan and Glamping Africa Tours again.
